A 6-Week Body Love Yoga JourneyLove Your Beach Body is a gentle, inclusive 6-week yoga journey designed to help you reconnect with your body through compassion, presence, and appreciation — not fixing or changing.
This journey weaves together accessible yoga, Yoga Nidra, Ayurveda, chakras, mudras, meditation, journaling, and self-care rituals to support your body, mind, and nervous system in a deeply nourishing way.
Each week explores a different theme — grounding, release, strength, opening, and rest — inviting you to build a kinder, more trusting relationship with your body from the inside out.
This is a space to slow down, soften, and listen to what your body is asking for.

  • All bodies and experience levels are welcome.
  • Variations of poses will be offered during class; choosing what you need just for that day.
  • No dieting, body fixing, or weight-focused language.

• 5 themed yoga classes (gentle & adaptable) (in person or online)
• Guided meditation / Yoga Nidra each week 
• Chakra & Ayurveda-inspired practices
• Mudras, mantras & breath-work
• Printable workbook with journaling prompts

In person class/hybrid live online
7:00pm-8:00pm at 63 Albert Street (Winnipeg, Manitoba)
and/or, recording sent on Friday
(in person class size max 5 people)
