Love Your Beach Body is a gentle, inclusive 4-week yoga journey designed to help you reconnect with your body through compassion, presence, and appreciation.
This journey weaves together accessible yoga, Yoga Nidra, Ayurveda, chakras, mudras, meditation, journaling, and self-care rituals to support your body, mind, and nervous system in a deeply nourishing way.
Each week explores a different theme — grounding, release, strength, opening, and rest — inviting you to build a kinder, more trusting relationship with your body from the inside out.
This is a space to slow down, soften, and listen to what your body is asking for.
What’s Included:
• 4 themed yoga classes (gentle & adaptable)
• Guided meditation / Yoga Nidra each week

• Printable workbook with journaling prompts
