“What is the vibe of the class?”
In each class we first set our intentions that this class is in a non-judgemental, non-competitive environment (for ourselves and others). We are here to gift our body joyful movement and self care.
We like to laugh, and not be too serious. Feel free to ask me questions before/during/after class.

“What is the structure of the class?”
The structure of the class should be defined in the description of each class. If not, a typical hatha vinyasa class goes like this: The first 5 minutes are hellos and greetings, we then take a few minutes to connect with our breath and set our intentions. We then begin with warm up flows, followed by poses with longer holds to build strength and practice balance, then a cool down stretch. We always end with a 10 minute savasana.
“What do I need to bring?”
For each class you will need a yoga mat. Any additional items or props will be listed in the class description. Be sure to wear comfortable clothing you can move in.
“How long have you been teaching yoga?”
I completed my first yoga teacher training December 2018, then started teaching January 2019. However, I have been teaching fitness since January 2017 as I began my journey teaching Zumba.
