Affirmations are positive statements that can help you to challenge and overcome self-sabotaging and negative thoughts. Affirmations can also increase the positive thoughts that already exist in our mind. They are such a useful tool in life!

A blend of flowing and holding poses, building strength and practicing balance.

Chair Yoga:
Chair yoga is a unique style of yoga that adapts traditional yoga positions and poses through creative use of a chair. We will incorporate a mix of seated poses and standing poses, while using the chair for support. our focus is on stretching, strength building, practicing balance, and reducing stress.
Choices will be offered through class; choosing what our bodies need, just for that day.
If you have blocks or straps please bring them along with your yoga mat. If you do not have, no worries! I bring along a large bag of props to every class!
