Class Details:
- 2 Yoga Classes each week (1 Hatha Vinyasa & 1 gentle) Mondays @7pm & 8:15pm (8 in total for the entire program)
- 1 Meditation each week (20-30min) Sundays @7pm (4 in total for the entire program)
- Self Care & Goal Setting check in meetings (online, Sundays @7:30pm) (5 in total for the entire program)
- 1 mini Yogi lesson (Sent through email) (5 in total for the entire program)
