Have you tried Aqua yoga before?
A form of yoga that takes place in a swimming pool. It's fantastic for a variety of reasons:
༄ Low-impact exercise: The buoyancy of the water reduces the impact on joints.
༄ Increased flexibility: The resistance of the water can help increase flexibility and range of motion.
༄ Reduced stress: The calming environment of the pool, combined with the relaxation techniques of yoga, can help reduce stress and anxiety.
༄ Improved balance: The instability of the water can challenge the body's balance and core strength.
༄ Cardiovascular benefits: The resistance of the water provides a cardiovascular workout, improving heart health.
༄ Safe if you can't swim: The pool is 4 feet deep (it is heated and salt water), and we do not go under the water.
