New Moon Yoga
Monday Sept 2
6:00pm
“The moon will guide you through the night with her brightness, but she will always dwell in the darkness in order to be seen” – Shannon L. Alder.
As the moon pulls on the tides, the energy of the moon has a direct energetic effect on us as well!
A new moon is a time for clearing, letting go doubts, fears, insecurities, relationships, behavioral patterns, or anything not serving your highest potential to clear space for bigger things to come.
This class is a restorative class; a calming, relaxing, and grounding practice. Also incorporated into this class are setting intentions, creating affirmations, journaling, and an offering of group Reiki.
