What to expect in class;
• Cozy class - (class size limited to 4-9 students)
• A body positive, non judgmental, supportive and relaxed environment.
• Casual class; if you have a question during class feel free to ask 😊
• Variations of the poses will be offered (choose your own adventure)
• This is a beginner type of class (There are no head standing poses..LOL).
• Class begins with a quick hello and class intro in the first 5-7min of each class
Hatha Vinyasa:
A blend of flowing and holding poses; building strength, flexibility and practicing balance.
What to bring:
•Yoga mat & Bottle of water
•Optional: Blocks & Straps, chairs are available upon request.
Cost:
7 week series $70
Joining in after a series begins? Yes, absolutely! Please inquire about pricing.
Due to limited class size, drop in spots are only available upon request. Drop in cost is $12

• A body positive, non judgmental, supportive and relaxed environment.
• Variations of the poses will be offered (choose your own adventure).
• This is a beginner type of class, approx. 45 min.
• The saltwater pool is 4 feet deep and is heated!
Aqua Hatha Vinyasa Yoga:
A blend of flowing and holding poses; building strength, flexibility and practicing balance.
Class info and what to bring:
•Please arrive in your swimsuit 5-7 min before class for check in.
•Class will start at around 7:05pm.
•Class will end at 7:50pm to allow everyone to dry off.
•Although the home owner has a washroom for use, there may not be enough time for 15 people to change out of their swimsuits. Please be prepared to wear your swimsuit home.
•Please note: this pool is booked through Swimply (like an Air BnB for swimming pools). We have a time frame of 1 hour and will need to leave the residence by 8pm to allow for any other possible renters to come in.
•Be sure to wear your sunscreen and wear a hat if you like!
