Class Size:
• Transcona Class: Class size limited to max 22 students
• Bronx CC Class: Class size limited to max 14 students
Additional Information:
• A body positive, non judgmental, supportive and relaxed environment.
• Casual class; if you have a question during class feel free to ask 😊
• Variations of the poses will be offered, choosing what your body needs just for that class.
• Hands on assists? Not usually, however feel free to ask if you would like assistance.
• This is a beginner type of class (There are no head standing poses..LOL).
• Need a chair? Have some mobility challenges? Please email me in advance.
• Class begins with a quick hello and class intro in the first 5-7 min of each class

I like to have fun!
I am outgoing, and fun! I like to add in themes to classes to change things up a bit. You will most likely hear me crack a joke or two in class. Warning: I do have a cheesy sense of humour.
I like to share my knowledge!
Through hours of Yoga Teacher Training I have learned so much. I like to share that knowledge with my students. Perhaps I may mention that a pose is good for a bedtime routine, or I may go onto the Student Facebook Group and share a meditation. I currently don't offer hands on assists, however feel free to ask me any questions during class (I will assist with your permission).
I have a heart for the community.
This is my side gig (for now).
I balance a full time day job and taking care of my family. If you don't hear back from me right away, this would be the reason why. I truly have fallen in love with teaching yoga, however my day job pays the mortgage (for now). I appreciate your patience.
